I’ve been using Divi for years so decided to a Divi theme Review seeing as I am such a huge fan. If you haven’t heard of Divi, it’s a popular WordPress theme and page builder by Elegant Themes that can be used to create professional-looking websites quickly and easily.

The biggest reason, I love it so much is because you can do pretty much anything with it and if you set it up the right way from the beginning it will serve you well as your business grows, even if you rebrand at some point in the future.

Here are a few reasons why you might choose to use Divi to build your website:

Divi Theme Review: Ease of use

Divi is designed to be user-friendly, making it easy for anyone to create and customise their website, even if they don’t have any coding experience which these days is what the majority of business owners need. We want to start out businesses, without the heavy weight of website building on our shoulders.

I love the page builder and my clients have all picked it up pretty easily once I showed them how it all worked. They know how to do quick edits on the fly which as a business owner who needs to make quick tweaks to our websites or roll out new offer, having a builder that makes that easy it amazing.

Powerful page builder

Divi’s page builder provides a drag-and-drop interface for creating pages, allowing you to add various elements such as text, images, buttons, etc without a faff. It’s smooth and once you understand the basic settings, you’ll be able to build out a website pretty easily.

Divi Theme Review: Design Flexibility

Customisable Design

With Divi, you can create so many different layouts and type of websites from full bells and whistles sites with a bunch of different marketing integrations to simple blog sites, portfolios, and e-commerce sites.

Over the years, I have built websites for:

  • Local businesses (property development and marketing companies)
  • Service-based business owners for both online and in person work
  • Ecommerce businesses
  • Larger 30+ page websites with marketing funnels for course creators

So, I truly feel that Divi is made for any type of website, no matter what you offer.

Divi’s visual editor allows you to design your website exactly how you want it, with a wide range of customisation options available.

Plus, there are a ton of plugins that work happily alongside Divi. (See the section below about integrations)

Pre-made templates

Divi includes a bunch of pre-made templates that you can use as a starting point for your website which will save you a lot of time.

Plus, there are so many Child Themes out there for Divi, so the options are truly endless.

Responsive design

Divi is built with responsive design in mind, which means that your website will look great on any device.

When building pages with the Visual Builder you have the option to view the mobile layout and make edits so that it works across all screen sizes.

Divi Theme Review: Integrations

Wide range of third-party integrations

Divi integrates with many third-party services and tools. For me, it has been very rare to find something that causes problems with other features hooked into my website – so the ability to add more functionality to your website is not something that you usually need to worry about when choosing Divi. (Do your research though, just in case you are using that something that doesn’t play nice.)

In all the years that I have used Divi, I have rarely come across issues with other plugins and when there have been any the plugin developers have fixed them to play nicely with Divi.

Divi Theme Review: Website Support

Regular updates and Customer Support

Divi is frequently updated, which ensures that the theme is always up to date and compatible with the latest version of WordPress. They also provide a variety of support options, including a knowledge base, community forum, and chat support. They are honestly SO helpful and quick to get back to you which for me is a no brainer.

Overall, Divi is a powerful and flexible theme that can help you create a beautiful and functional website without the need for coding skills (especially if you use one of my Divi website templates). You’ll also get access to tutorials to help you install the templates.
